Relationship Management:

How are you managing your relationships? How do you manage yourself?

🌱Use this time to deal with personal insecurities. Not to beat yourself up, but to reconnect with your identity and purpose. Insecurities are a signal you left yourself somewhere along the path to your purposeful destiny.

🌱If you’re looking for your purpose, maybe it’s time for you to retake an assessment to remind you of all the wonderful and unique qualities you have residing right there - inside of you.

Let’s pull it out and lay it out for YOU to see. Reconnect and begin to manage your relationship with you. I suggest you take this journey believing you’re walking this tender path with someone greater than you. That’s right, God is with you. In fact, he’s your biggest supporter and there are signposts of encouragement that you have encountered but maybe didn’t realize its connection.

Relationship management is all about connection. The spark that’s meant to transform a path or shine a light on a quality stepping stone. There are volumes of your life that are being written. Are you actively participating in the plot?

Reconnect and put forth the deliberate choice to write or rewrite the story of the amazing friendship with YOU. It’s not surprising we can get overwhelmed by the voices of others, but today focus on a couple of things to help you manage your self-care.

Relationship to others.

It takes effort to improve the cultural work ethic.

Be grateful for the vast internal work taking place within because it’s making such an amazing change in your awareness of others. You are more accomplished now because you understand the value and gift of thoughtful communication.

Whether it’s verbal, non-verbal, visual, actively listening or physically articulating.... the effort you decide to contribute by improving your relationship with others personally and professionally will mark the standard of excellence you have been called to express.

This is a key season for you. Take time to use your white space well and in some cases, use a less is more approach. I believe in you. You are destined for purposeful success!

Relationship to community and society.

Are you brave enough to question a community or societal belief system? Your relationship to society should include permission to question its beliefs and a consistent inventory check of its alignment with your core values.

🌱 accountability partners are mandatory as we move in an era where sensibilities are now more challenging to discern. Do you have one partner.. or two?

🌱 Don’t have relationships or engage in community memberships and societal engagement without understanding the mutual value and costs, authentic impact and transformation trajectory.

🌱 If the engagement doesn’t move you three steps forward in growth and development (for the natural two steps you may have to take pivoting), then rethink the connection and faithfully reposition that quality stepping stone.

🌱 There is always room to grow, develop, discover, unlock, and transform when you change your mind and make a decision to eradicate limiting belief systems that are preventing you from growing and more importantly, hurting your community and society. Is your relationship with your community expanding or diminishing? Where’s your stake in the ground? Breakthrough and power aren’t just words. It’s a lifestyle and life journey toward your destiny.

🌱 Your purpose on earth involves consistent nurturing of self, others and society. Make sure your life philosophy is built on and planted with the proper precepts, concepts and principles.

Relationship to Work.

The keys to understanding your personal influence and purpose are simple.

Be an excellent producer. Walk and live creatively every day. Endure crisis prayerfully and have the faith in God to believe it will give you the heart-centered innovation to rightly influence yourself, others and your society.

DIG IN and discover [rediscover] your gifts and abilities. Look at your hands and ask yourself, “What is my assignment in this season?”

Take time to reflect on your personal assets and think about what you have produced with the work of your hands that’s been good - powerfully benefitting yourself, others and your community.

Can you multiply what you’ve been producing? What can you create and cultivate into a system that can multiply? Now ask yourself, can you distribute that creative produce [product] with sound management skills? If yes, use your influence and purpose to replenish the earth with your work.

Create a beneficial system you can bring to many throughout your community, nation and abroad.

Finally, be consistent and continuous in valuing your worth. When you learn who you truly are, you will begin to dominate the market, industry and work environment with your amazing life talent.

Live a work lifestyle and culture that serves yourself, others and society in a godly and loving way. Abuse, corruption, immoral obsession, and lovelessness have no place in your destiny.

Brilliantly executed Relationship Management provokes you to a greater, higher, wealthier level of community and societal advancement in this era of wonder and creativity.
