Strength for Quiet
I have been walking out, trying to stop rushing and be quiet when my emotions are pulling me to speak. When adrenaline surges through the blood, it feels like nothing can hurt you…
Your soul is screaming, and your spirit is asking. Where does true wisdom come from?
I bet you're making split-second decisions daily while the world’s frequency is on high alert.
It’s time for you to rise higher to hear and find your balance.
The Lord is speaking to us.
“As you learn to rule on your mountain of influence, realize your balance is accomplished by relying on our time of quiet together. The strength to hold your unique position is captured when you pull away from the chaotic chatter of those searching for what you and I possess.”
God says, “Look from my perspective and receive my heart for those hurting from missteps, quarrels, and noisy idle conversations. My altitude is filled with purity, noble sounds, and admirable actions. Showers of lovely surround your silhouette as you balance my justice and truth.”
Aha!…
Stillness is being. When you become still, knowledge and understanding undergird your stability on the mountain. The yearning for more peace will bubble up, and your spirit will meet assuredly to kiss the sun.
When I quietly listen to God despite what my emotions want, I feel a smiling radiance. The pulling stops, and I break free to embrace His peace. I get him—this smiling radiance is His smiling radiance. I kiss the Son. We are one.
The strength to stand or strike a leadership pose comes from learning to submit to stillness time. How is your strength for quiet? Over the decade, I've kept my balance in the marketplace by seeking daily refuge in God’s throne room of grace and mercy. My discernment and decisions are made by desiring to create opportunities crafted in his image.
“What would Jesus do and say about a decision?” now becomes, “Lord, you have my yes. Please use me to express your heart in this situation and circumstance.” Strength to overcome soulish remarks comes steadily to my lips when I remember he will take me from strength to strength if I seek to remain blameless. Idle words fall in the valley, and I humbly feel his sun and shield on my mountain. He bestows favor and honor when we honor his call to be still and know him.
This season is difficult, but you must maintain balance during your pilgrimage. The journey to the mountaintop is ripe with challenges and struggles.
Steady..focus..hold it..now breathe.🌬️
Ease gently into balance. Alignment is key. Connect with others who understand where their godly strength comes from. The physical will follow when disciplined with love.
Inhale. 🍃
Pull back and ask yourself, “Am I raising the standard and leading well on my mountain of influence?”
🌟Prayer for Strength in Stillness:
Heavenly Father,
You are my refuge, my strength, and my peace. In the midst of noise and hurried emotions, teach me to be still. Quiet my soul so that I may hear Your voice above all others. When my heart longs to react, let me pause and lean into Your wisdom. Anchor me in Your presence, where true balance is found.
Lord, I submit my thoughts, my words, and my actions to You. Refine my discernment so that I may speak only what is edifying and remain silent when silence is holy. Align my heart with Your justice and truth so that my influence reflects Your kingdom.
As I walk this season, grant me strength to embrace stillness and confidence to lead with grace. May my journey be marked by unwavering trust in You, knowing that Your favor rests upon those who seek Your face. Keep me steadfast, Lord, drawing from Your well of wisdom. I choose to walk in Your peace, kiss the Son, and rest in the radiance of Your love.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
