Change Your Perspective, Change your Face

During the day, REMEMBER to have a WOW moment and say...

Yikes, I reeeeally needed that “Wow Me” moment.

Your body needs you. Remote work may keep you focused longer + more productive but it’s wreaking havoc on your body.

Your transformation tip for today!

I’ve been working on doing my facial massages every morning after my stillness time to get in the habit of being more intentional about relaxing throughout the day.

There are wonderful facial diagrams that show the specific areas in your body that can benefit from certain directional massages applied on your face.

The technique uses pressure points on your face to stimulate blood vessels and nerve endings that affect organs throughout your body.

I use this massage technique to relieve stress that lands on my face. It gives me a look that’s far too intense for Zoom calls.

Let’s be intentional about looking refreshed and youthful. Yay!

Try this: Wash your hands first. Now rub your hands together and make sure they’re warm.

Use your hands to massage specific areas on your forehead, face and lower cheeks to kickstart sensory stimulation to the brain.

Checkout the specific exercise I use by clicking the link HERE.

I don’t subscribe to an Eastern worldview or belief in this technique for anything other than a great facial massage and body benefit technique. I hold on to what’s good, and let every thought fall subject to my faith in Christ.

Don’t forget to use your “Wow Me“ moment to transform your day.

Living your BEST Life Today!

AFFIRMATION:

I decree I have an energized hope. I feel the updraft and light of joy bouncing from where I stand to a higher place of expectation. I am filled with excitement. No longer will I defer the goodness that’s destined for me. I declare today I walk in my purposeful skills, gifts, and unique traits with trust knowing God have given me a path I will not miss.
