Resilience
I’ve been thinking about the workplace more than ever this week. It’s fascinating how it’s evolved over the past era. In our new season, I looked over the blogs I’ve shared with you since November. Now I see the turning point. It’s the broad place I’ve been declaring for you. Today I want to coach you on How to maintain Resilience in this New Season in work + life.
Keys to Maintain Your Resilience🗝
Continue to reskill + upskill, undaunted by the shifting work + life environment. If you know your purpose in the workplace, continue to prayerfully move forward learning, listening and joyfully living on the high hills of your career.
It takes strength to prosper and succeed. No joke! The hours you have to put in to keep up with new information in your industry is calculating very fast, BUT use this time to hone in and realign with your niche, sub-niche, partners, community + tribe you are meant to bless and impact. How will you know if you’re making an impact? Take the needed time, preferably in your morning stillness + affirmation time, to review what you’ve accomplished over the last 3-4 months. How has it caused good success in someone else’s life besides your own? If you’re only concerned about your success and prosperity, you’ve missed your purpose and should seek a wise coach to help guide you back on track for this new era.
Use your feet wisely. Resilient movement happens beyond your feet. It’s deeper than you realize. What does being “firmly planted” mean to you? How are you using your feet to propel you resiliently in the workplace? Where are you standing? If the foundation isn’t faithfully strong in words and action, you will lose ground establishing the successful career + life you’re imagining. Plant your feet substantively where you desire to be 5 years from now. Start this process with answering the question, “Where are you standing at this moment mastering your career +life.” “Can your foundational beliefs and mindset handle the high hills you are being placed on in this era?”
Don’t put your head in the valley. You must learn how to navigate in uncertain times. Where is your level of expectation? It requires taking stock of how you spend your time and conversations every day. If you don’t have a time management plan for work + life, get one in order to help you maintain a calm approach to tasks, appointments, and the necessary follow-up that must be completely in a professional timely manner. Time management is a discipline, not an app or collaboration tool. We use apps and tools to help us use this skill effectively. Use the first step of my 5-step DIG IN coaching model to guide you on how to discipline and ultimately manage your work+ life. Transformation takes courage. I know you can do it!
A Resilient lifestyle and blended approach is developed through godly examination; not overthinking. You want issues and character bents to be shaken so any action that is not fruitful can be worked through + ultimately eliminated. The resilient mindset develops the strength to remove anything that’s not producing the successful vision of your purpose + destiny. This is an era where wrong imaginations, past work trauma + failure, unforgiveness in the workplace must be eliminated and torn down. You can’t carry this on the high hills. Release the burdens that suffocate your joy and peace. This is what is clouding your judgement and opportunity for meaningful creativity + innovation.
Being resilient is exciting. You are stepping into many different environments that will catapult you to your destiny. Your times are in God’s hands whether at the workplace or in your life in general. Keep doubt and fear out of your hands. The works of your hands means not shaking hands and partnering with fear. Do not agree with insecurities. Insecurities make you vulnerable. Uncertainties make you uncomfortable. Release whatever doesn’t give you strength to accomplish your vision and purposeful destiny.
A Resilient season will expose your true identity. It’s time to confirm whether you’re living a faith-driven + focused-driven life. Resilient people don’t cast their life to the wind. Don’t confuse a circumstance that requires difficult cultivation with a life requiring you to be filled with toil and discouragement. Learn how you can best recover from workplace scenarios that won’t move you forward. You may be wrongly perceiving rejection when what’s needed is your resilient faith to overcome that circumstance.
I speak to your work +life situation today. I believe now there’s an opening for you to work with resilience. I break all fears and apprehensions for success and affirm your destined path is being made straight. I affirm you are learning how to use your skills and talents in different ways. This is the transformation you’ve been waiting for! This is your hope and expectation in action! I break trauma from disappointment, past failure, financial setbacks, family disruption, wrong relationships ties, and anything holding you back from walking out your transformed blended life.
Today I declare you are able to withstand and maintain your resilience in work + life. You will see how to recover quickly from any difficult work + life situation. Rehearse throughout the day you are Living a Resilient Life Today!
