Day 7

There is a place of stillness where the quiet can seem empty and hollow. You can almost mistake the quiet for abandonment, but then you discover it’s your own feelings of rejection being exposed and laid bare before him.

Come to him transparent, humble and repentant. Let the ache be transformed into a filling of comfort. Let hope spring forth where your direction will be made clear. Let those layers of mistakes and guilt fall off in this time of stillness.

Shame dissipates in exchange for his strength made perfect in weakness. Stillness opens the door for grace. Eyes open in the breaking. New vibrancy answers your knock and you are pulled into a whirlwind of change.

Today your future takes off because the excess baggage has been thrown off and the wings of angels are steadily guiding your direction.
