We all need time to breathe and step back to reframe how we’re doing life and work.

I find after I’ve done a major project, the lessons of not stopping to take a breath and gather my thoughts, or let them go, will only serve to teach me I must learn the lesson all over again.

Pause and cleanse your imagination.

The Bible says that God pours out his rest by His Spirit. This is how he guides us ~ by his Spirit.

I keep hearing the Lord’s instructions, and it’s a healing word for you.

“Think through the consequences before you take on the next project. Imagine the outcome all the way to the end-game. Stop holding your breath and praying it’ll all work out. I’ve instructed you to ask Me for wisdom. I give it out liberally to everyone that asks with a pure heart, and without shrewd motives. Are you leaning toward my perfect will or living presumptuously?”

It’s time for you to cleanse your imagination.

As I meditate on Psalm 96, there is a now mandate for you to take to your place of stillness.

Remove yourself from the pressures of life before starting anything new.

Embrace the rest of God’s message for you…

“Come away with me. Leave your cares and the world’s anxieties. Look at me.

Stay focused on Me.

See my glory. See my face. I am the God Who Sees. See my laughter and joy.

Come away, and let’s go higher toward the heavens.

Heavenly hope is your daily bread. See your portion of peace. Receive the abundant field I have bought for you. Promises abound in your land.

Yes, let’s dance in your land! The godly collective rejoices with a backdrop of unveiling streams and green landscape. The lush promises are unfolding in your heart as you dance with me. Let the excitement cause you to sit down to take a breath. Breathe me in. That’s my breeze reinvigorating you, preparing you for the new thing ahead.

I’m laughing at your smile. It’s growing wider from the reign of my peace carrying you higher. Feel the strength of my hand bringing you higher. Come. I’m lifting your spirit with Mine.”

Exhaustion brings divided thoughts.

“Let go of divided thoughts meant to make you lose your footing. Shake off the doubts and fears. Let go of the shadows. The clarity comes when you begin to reimagine your destiny and the promises I have for your life. It starts as a glimmer. Rest and let my dreams and visions overwhelm your soul. In your mind’s eye, see the colored ribbons of righteousness encircle you every time you turn and move closer toward me. Gather your strength so you can leap toward my love.”

Stillness Time breaks confusion.

“Break the confusion that’s trying to keep you stuck. Quietude will become your breakthrough. Chaos will sound like clanging symbols, and my rest will give you strength to turn down its volume.

Now use your feet covered with my good news to allow you to break free! Hear the oppressive chains shatter. It sounds like my thunder crashing while crushing your enemy of fatigue and worry.

Clap and dance, and let the dark voices dissolve into the dust.

Imagine quenching your thirst with joy. Have a good cleansing because soon it’ll be time to stand firm again and move forward by My Spirit to complete the right paths.

Arise and shine, for My light has come.

See what I have imagined for you!”
